What is Star Delta Transformation


Star Delta Transformation, also known as Wye-Delta Transformation, is a method of transforming a three-phase electrical network from a star (Y) configuration to a delta (Δ) configuration or vice versa. This technique is commonly used in electrical engineering to simplify the analysis of three-phase circuits.


The characteristics of star delta transformation are:
