The FR303 diode is a fast recovery diode with low forward voltage drop and high current capability device and the FR303 rectifier is rated for 3A continuous current and up to 25A peak surge current. The reverse voltage is 200V and the maximum reverse recovery time is 150ns. The FR303 is ideal for linear and switching voltage converter circuits.
