The FR302 diode is a fast recovery diode with low forward voltage drop and high current capability device and the FR302 rectifier is rated for 3A continuous current and up to 25A peak surge current. The reverse voltage is 100V and the maximum reverse recovery time is 150ns. The FR302 is ideal for linear and switching voltage converter circuits.
