The FR107 diode is a fast recovery diode with low forward voltage drop and high current capability device and the FR107 rectifier is rated for 1A continuous current and up to 25A peak surge current. The reverse voltage is 1000V and the maximum reverse recovery time is 500ns. The FR107 is ideal for linear and switching voltage converter circuits.
