The FR106 diode is a fast recovery diode with low forward voltage drop and high current capability device and the FR106 rectifier is rated for 1A continuous current and up to 25A peak surge current. The reverse voltage is 800V and the maximum reverse recovery time is 500ns. The FR106 is ideal for linear and switching voltage converter circuits.
