The FR105 diode is a fast recovery diode with low forward voltage drop and high current capability device and the FR105 rectifier is rated for 1A continuous current and up to 25A peak surge current. The reverse voltage is 600V and the maximum reverse recovery time is 250ns. The FR105 is ideal for linear and switching voltage converter circuits.
