1N914 100V 200mA General Purpose Diode – Datasheet

The 1N914 diode is a less cost, a high-current diode for circuit protection and voltage rectification. The 1N914 has a continuous blocking voltage of 100V and supports high forward currents up to 200mA. The forward voltage drop of the diode is 1.0V.
