1N4001 50V 1A General Purpose Diode – Datasheet

The 1N4001 Rectifier Diode is a general-purpose silicon diode commonly used as a blocking diode or as a rectifier in power supplies converting AC power to DC power. The 1N4001 has a continuous blocking voltage of 50V and can carry up to 1A of current. The forward voltage drop of the diode is 1.1V.
